Small Business Regulatory Review Board Reinstated by Governor Walker

On November 1, 2011, Governor Scott Walker signed 2011 Act 46, which lays out a new plan to revitalize the Small Business Regulatory Review Board. Originally initiated in 2003 to help small business owners voice their concerns over government regulations, the board has been dormant for the past three years.
